Amura Cancellation Policy

At Amura, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order and what conditions apply.


1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@amura.store with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may be eligible for a return according to our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable).


2. Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the item, please wait until it arrives and then contact us for the next steps.


3. Pre-Orders or Special Orders

For pre-orders or customized items, cancellations may not be available once production has started. Please reach out to us for review.


4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider.
