Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in processing or shipping stages.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Any transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected
