Return & Refund Policy

At Amura Game Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing items, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and warranty reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used gaming consoles

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper handling

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Nintendo Switch 2 arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Amura Game Store is not responsible for lost return packages

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
